Workplace Policy
Our Philosophy At DubeyT Analytics & Consulting, we operate on a foundational conviction: that an intellectually rigorous, ethically grounded, and people-centred workplace is not a luxury — it is the architecture of sustained excellence. Our policies are not mere administrative directives; they are expressions of the values that define how we work, how we lead, and how we grow — together.
1. Work Environment & Structure
-
Work Model: Remote-first. All team members are empowered to perform their responsibilities from any location within Canada, with full trust in their professional discipline and self-management.
-
Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time zone), with 37.5 standard working hours per week.
-
Flexibility: We recognize that peak performance is not confined to a clock. Where role responsibilities permit, flexible scheduling may be accommodated in consultation with the Director.
2. Professional Conduct & Ethics
-
All members of DubeyT Analytics & Consulting are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional integrity, intellectual honesty, and respectful engagement — with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders alike.
-
We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward discrimination, harassment, or any conduct that undermines the dignity or psychological safety of any individual.
-
Employees are expected to exercise sound judgment, act in the best interests of the firm and its clients, and proactively flag any actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
3. Confidentiality & Data Stewardship
-
All client information, proprietary methodologies, business intelligence, and internal communications are strictly confidential and must be treated with the highest degree of discretion — both during and following the term of employment.
-
Employees are entrusted with sensitive data as a function of their role. This trust is non-negotiable and extends beyond the scope of active assignments.
-
Compliance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation — including PIPEDA — is mandatory at all times.
4. Intellectual Property
-
All analytical frameworks, deliverables, reports, tools, and materials developed in the course of employment are the exclusive intellectual property of DubeyT Analytics & Consulting.
-
Employees are encouraged to contribute original ideas and innovations; all such contributions shall be disclosed to and credited by the firm in accordance with applicable agreements.
5. Learning & Professional Development
-
We are a firm that invests in minds. Employees are actively encouraged to pursue continuous learning, industry certifications, and skills advancement aligned with both personal growth and organizational priorities.
-
Professional development support — including access to training resources, workshops, and relevant academic pursuits — is available and encouraged in consultation with the Director.
6. Performance & Accountability
-
Performance is assessed through structured annual reviews, with ongoing feedback integral to our culture of continuous improvement.
-
We hold ourselves to measurable outcomes. Every team member is expected to take ownership of their deliverables, communicate proactively, and contribute meaningfully to the firm's client commitments.
-
During the probationary period (first three months), performance will be reviewed to ensure alignment with role expectations and organizational culture.
7. Communication & Collaboration
-
Transparent, timely, and purposeful communication is a professional obligation. Employees are expected to respond to internal and client communications promptly and to maintain proactive lines of engagement with their teams.
-
All formal changes to employment terms, project scopes, or organizational policies must be documented in writing and executed with appropriate authorization.
8. Termination & Separation
-
Either party may terminate employment with a minimum of one (1) week's written notice, except in cases of serious misconduct, breach of policy, or just cause, which may result in immediate termination.
-
Upon separation, all company assets, access credentials, and confidential materials must be returned or permanently deleted in accordance with company protocol and applicable law.
9. Amendments
-
This policy is a living document. DubeyT Analytics & Consulting reserves the right to revise, update, or supplement these policies as the firm evolves. All amendments will be communicated in writing and require acknowledgment from the relevant parties.
-
DubeyT Analytics & Consulting is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and empowering workplace for all.
